About CEWQO

The 25th edition of the Central European Workshop on Quantum Optics (CEWQO 2018) will be hosted by IFISC  at the University of Balearic Islands (Palma, Spain).

CEWQO started in the 90s as a series of workshops on quantum optics and quantum information in Central Europe, initiated  in Budapest by József Janszky, who recently passed away. Since then, CEWQO has grown in scope and geographical reach to become a full-fledged international conference covering all major topics in modern quantum optics research.
